With over 10 years of experience in the medical device and industrial design industry, I am passionate about creating products that improve quality of life, serve a genuine purpose and move us forward. Previously, I was the R&D Manager at Seating Matters, where I managed the design and development of several new products, namely, the Sydney GoFlat, an innovative and aesthetic chair for critical care patients. Testimony to its success, our team won the coveted Red Dot Design in 2023.

I am extremely passionate about manufacturing, moreover, lean manufacturing. I have been part of the 2 second lean movement for over 8 years. This is a philosophy that distils the Toyota Production System into language and concepts for anyone in the organisation. I have particularly used this in design to eradicate the wasted activities in the product development process and I now have a tried and tested method to bring products to market on time and on budget.
